Debido a su elevada luminancia, la radiación UV y la elevada presión interna durante su funcionamiento, las lámparas Lok-it! solo pueden funcionar en carcasas cerradas fabricadas especialmente para ese fin. Debe garantizarse con filtros adecuados que la radiación UV se vea reducida hasta un nivel aceptable. El mercurio se libera si se rompe la lámpara. Se requieren precauciones de seguridad especiales. Se dispone de información acerca de la seguridad y la manipulación a petición, o bien en el folleto que se adjunta con la lámpara, o en las instrucciones de funcionamiento.

The Lok-it! Power Series (PS) lamps offer all the benefits of traditional Lok-it! lamps, while providing higher output in a more compact, yet thermally resistant design. All Lok-it! Power Series lamps offer a high CRI and offer flexibility for entertainment applications. The lamps’ natural tone of light, compact size, plug-and-play technology, and uniform light emission render them ideal for use in many different show venues. From illuminating theatre performances to creating dazzling light shows, the Lok-it! Power Series has the ideal lamp for every stage, concert and club. The lamps designated as “Brilliant” offer exceptional color rendering, making them ideal for applications, like theatres and studios, where color quality is critical. Thanks to a CRI of 95 the audience experiences true-to-life colors. The Lok-it! PS Blue, with its high color temperature of 7500 Kelvin, shines when you need a crisp white light.
